Newington Physiotherapy is an advocate for health promotion, injury prevention and enhanced recovery. Our thoroughly trained staff are able to treat both acute and ongoing conditions, offering services in the following areas:

Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 7.00pm Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm Saturday 9.00am - 12:30pm As Primary care practitioners a Doctors referral is not required to see one of our Physiotherapists unless the injury is Work Cover, DVA or TAC funded. Newington Physiotherapy is also a part of the Medicare funded Enhanced Primary Care network. Appointments under this service may be provided on referral from your General Practitioner. Our services may be able to be claimed through your private health insurance if you have the appropriate extras cover. As a member of the HiCaps system this allows you to claim back from your private health fund on the same day as your treatment. Our clinics stock a wide variety of injury prevention and rehabilitation equipment. This includes ankle braces, knee braces, back braces, sacroiliac stabilisation belts (for pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain) foam rollers, massage balls, resistance bands, gym balls and an extensive supply of tape including leukoplast and kinesio tapes.
